May 29, 2002 - Abacos, Bahamas

I wanted to pass on to everyone that we just retuned from a visit with Jane and Ken for 6 days. We met them in Marsh Harbor in the Abacos, Bahamas and sailed to Bakers Bay, then to Great Guana Cay, onto Man of War and back to Marsh Harbor. It was a wonderful time to sail, swim, fish, snorkel, explore and enjoy ourselves. Ken and Jane were their usual great hosts. Stephen, Lucille and I descended on their home on the water and they made us feel so welcome.

The food on the boat would make a five star chef feel jealous The rum punches great as well!

The first and last days were perfect weather, with strong winds from a series of low pressure fronts that rolled through the islands during our middle days. It was a great vacation.

They are planning on leaving the Abacos in the next couple of days, weather permitting and returning to Florida. They will then be in touch via email and cell phone.
